The conversion runs in your browser. Nothing is uploaded.

What this tool does

PowerPoint to PDF reads the .pptx package, takes the text frames of every slide together with their positions on the slide, and draws them onto PDF pages. Titles stay where they were, body text keeps its size and alignment, and each slide becomes one page.

Keep the slide ratio to preserve the shape of the original deck, or fit onto A4 if the PDF will be printed or attached to a report. Everything runs in your browser, so a confidential deck stays on your machine.

How to convert it

  1. Add a .pptx file.
  2. Choose slide ratio or A4 fitting.
  3. Convert and download the PDF.

When to use it

  • Sharing a deck with somebody who cannot open PowerPoint.
  • Attaching slides to a report or a proposal.
  • Printing handouts of a presentation.

What it cannot do

  • Only text frames are drawn: images, charts, SmartArt and shapes are omitted.
  • Speaker notes are not included in the PDF.

Questions about this conversion

Is this PDF tool really free?

Yes. There is no account, no watermark and no daily limit on the number of files. The tools run on your own device, so there is no per-file cost to pass on to you.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

Not for this tool: the conversion happens in your browser and the file is never sent anywhere. Where a job genuinely needs a server, the page says so before you start and deletes the copy with the job.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Pages are keyboard reachable and the drop area accepts the phone file picker. Large documents are limited by the memory of the device rather than by the site.

Can I use the output commercially?

Yes. We claim no rights over your documents or the files produced from them, and we add nothing to the output.

Why is my deck missing pictures?

The converter renders text frames only. Slides that carry their meaning in images need a real renderer: export to PDF from PowerPoint, Keynote or LibreOffice for a pixel-perfect result.

Is the text still selectable?

Yes. Text is drawn as text, so you can select it, search it, and copy it out of the PDF.
