Organise PDF
Drag pages into a new order, drop the ones you do not need and save the result as a fresh PDF.
Browser first, server fallback Free
What this tool does
Every page is shown as a thumbnail, and the order you arrange is the order of the file. Drag a card to move it, press × to leave a page out, and the number on each card always shows what position that page will have in the new document.
The pages are rebuilt in your browser with pdf-lib, so the file is read locally and never uploaded. Above roughly 48 MB the job moves to the server when qpdf is installed there — a tab is a poor place to copy a 300 MB document — and the page says which one is doing the work.
How to convert it
- Add a PDF.
- Drag the pages into the order you want and remove the ones you do not need.
- Save and download the new PDF.
When to use it
- Moving a signed page to the front of a contract.
- Deleting blank scans and separator sheets before sending.
- Putting an appendix in the order the reader expects.
What it cannot do
- Bookmarks and form fields survive only for pages that stay; a bookmark pointing at a deleted page is dropped.
- A password-protected PDF has to be unlocked first.
Questions about this conversion
Is this PDF tool really free?
Yes. There is no account, no watermark and no daily limit on the number of files. The tools run on your own device, so there is no per-file cost to pass on to you.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
Not for this tool: the conversion happens in your browser and the file is never sent anywhere. Where a job genuinely needs a server, the page says so before you start and deletes the copy with the job.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Pages are keyboard reachable and the drop area accepts the phone file picker. Large documents are limited by the memory of the device rather than by the site.
Can I use the output commercially?
Yes. We claim no rights over your documents or the files produced from them, and we add nothing to the output.
Can the same page appear twice?
Not from this grid: each page is listed once, and moving it never duplicates it. If you need a page twice, merge a copy of the document with itself and then arrange the result.
Does this reduce the quality?
No. Pages are copied as objects, so text stays selectable, images are not re-compressed and links inside the page keep working.
