What this tool does

Image to PDF combines JPG, PNG and WebP files into a single PDF, one page per image, in the order you arrange them. You can keep each image at its natural size or fit it onto A4 or Letter pages with margins.

Everything is assembled in your browser with pdf-lib, so photos of ID documents and screenshots never leave your device. Reorder the list before converting if the sequence matters.

How to convert it

What it cannot do

  • Images are embedded as-is; the PDF size is the sum of the image sizes.
  • No OCR: text inside the images is not searchable.

Is this PDF tool really free?

Yes. There is no account, no watermark and no daily limit on the number of files. The tools run on your own device, so there is no per-file cost to pass on to you.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

Not for this tool: the conversion happens in your browser and the file is never sent anywhere. Where a job genuinely needs a server, the page says so before you start and deletes the copy with the job.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Pages are keyboard reachable and the drop area accepts the phone file picker. Large documents are limited by the memory of the device rather than by the site.

Can I use the output commercially?

Yes. We claim no rights over your documents or the files produced from them, and we add nothing to the output.

Can I change the page order?

Yes. Files are added in the order you select them and the list is used exactly as shown, so arrange the images before pressing convert.

Why is the PDF so large?

Photos are embedded at full resolution. Resizing them to the page size before converting, or compressing the PDF afterwards, makes a big difference.
