Merge PDF
Combine several PDF files into one document, in exactly the order you choose.
Browser first, server fallback Free
What this tool does
Merge PDF joins several documents into one file in exactly the order shown in the list. Page sizes and orientations are kept as they are, so a mix of A4 portrait and landscape pages stays intact.
The merge is performed in your browser with pdf-lib: the files are read locally and never uploaded. That makes it safe for contracts, invoices and anything else you would not put in a random upload form.
How to convert it
- Add two or more PDFs.
- Check the order in the list.
- Merge and download the combined PDF.
When to use it
- Combining a contract, its annexes and a signed cover sheet.
- Joining monthly statements into one archive file.
- Assembling a tender document from separate chapters.
What it cannot do
- Bookmarks and form fields from the sources are not merged.
- Encrypted PDFs must be unlocked before they can be merged.
Questions about this conversion
Is this PDF tool really free?
Yes. There is no account, no watermark and no daily limit on the number of files. The tools run on your own device, so there is no per-file cost to pass on to you.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
Not for this tool: the conversion happens in your browser and the file is never sent anywhere. Where a job genuinely needs a server, the page says so before you start and deletes the copy with the job.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Pages are keyboard reachable and the drop area accepts the phone file picker. Large documents are limited by the memory of the device rather than by the site.
Can I use the output commercially?
Yes. We claim no rights over your documents or the files produced from them, and we add nothing to the output.
Can I change the order of the files?
Yes, the list order is the page order. Remove and re-add a file to move it, or add the files in the sequence you want from the start.
Does merging reduce quality?
No. Pages are copied as they are, not re-rendered, so text stays sharp and images keep their original resolution.
